A.Dear Sir,
Sitting there your sister can execute Power of Attorney in favour of anybody living in India and on the basis of such Power of Attorney, settlement deed may be executed.

A.Hi,
The family settlement document must be signed by all the family members involved and if there is any missing signature then, it can easily become a ground for challenging the document in court at a later date. If this is not possible, then another way is to approach the court and run the case ex parte as one of your sisters cannot come.
Thank you.

A.Her name you will not be able to put in the family settlement if she is physically not present because even if you execute the PoA the same requires to be registered for the purposes of the property. Thank you.
