Hi, i need ur advice, we have managed to get interm injuction against opposit party. H'ble court ordered that, our opposite party are restricted from interfering the peaceful enjoyment of scheduled property.
Now i would like to know if we would be able to use that property, we would like to perform puja and need space for that puja as there will be gathering of atleast 300 people..

A.dear client Yes, you can perform pooja as your wish and keep ready certified copy of interim injunction order if anybody object for conducting pooja.no one can retrain you.
