I have signed a 3 year bond of Rs 70,000 in Karnataka Article 12 bond paper and I want to leave the jobIf they take legal action against me, the court will take some action against me if I do not come to court even once

A.Dear Sir,
Be assured that for recovery of Rs.70,000/- the employer may not approach the Court since legal expenses are more and it will take 3-5 years to recover the same if you contest the case.

A.Hi,
The company can't force you to work for them if you have no interest. However, you have to pay the bond amount in case you resign prior to the prescribed period. If the matter reaches to the court, the court may order to pay the bond amount with other expenses incurred for the other party.
