Final results pending

Sir 01/2014 society polytechnic lecturer in technical education department haryana advertisement came. After written and interview results came and joined. Electronics engineering lecturer results kept hold since 6years in the name of having surplus staff in this branch. Result is final but not declared and notified. They say we cannot recruit as staff is surplus in haryana in this branch. Please guide in this scenario.

It is recommended to first send a legal notice to intimate them about their fault and then file a case against the branch for withholding results for 6 years and for conducting exams and denying in the name of staff surplus. Alternatively, write a complaint to district consumer forum about them.
