Dear all,

I put resignation on 30-Aug-2021 and the last day is 29-Sep-2021.After i put down my resignation my reporting manager called and assured that i will be moved to different vertical but i informed him and send mail stating "Please consider my resignation but i need 10 days to discuss it furtherly. But i didnt informed anything after 10 days and send mail on 23-Sep2021 that 29-Sep-2021 is my last working day.

And immediately my manager and hr asked me that you have not come us after 10 days we thought yout took back your resignation and they have asked my to extend for 20 days that is upto 14-Oct-2021 but i got a new job and date of joining is 04-oct-2021 but due to this extension i have asked my new employer to change date of joining and they have asked me that doj will be 11-Oct-2021.

In my current organization they are not ready to relieve before 14-Oct-2021 and i was requesting them to do nedd ful they are not at all responding.

If i dont join new company by 11-Oct-2021 i will loose that job and i need to search and wait till i get new job.

I dont have my father Please suggest how to proceed furtherly as my mother is dependent on me and she is very much concerned about our survival.

A.Dear Client,
You can file a complaint with the Labor Commissioner's office under Section 12 of the Industrial Disputes Act, and if the dispute is not addressed, you can get a legal notice and threaten to file a lawsuit in Civil Court or the High Court.
Thank you!
