quite a simple question.
My expiry date of my rental contract (attached) is 31/12/2021
My landlord informed me about higher rental price on 3/10/2021 (10.51 AM)
AMENDING THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT
According to Article 14 of the Dubai tenancy law, if the landlord or tenant wishes to amend the terms of the contract, they must notify the other party at least 90 days before the contract’s expiry date.
In my opinion this is 89 days prior to 31/12/2021
In his opinion this is 90 days.
Kindly share your judgement on this matter?

The landlord has erred in saying that the 90 days have been fulfilled for notifying the party about the amendment of the terms of the contract. He should have informed this on or before 31st of September, 2021 for it to be valid as per Article 14 of the Dubai Tenancy Law.
