My Late Father made nominee to his brother in saving bank account. Is my mother or me have any chance to take money from my uncle. My uncle's son debt all money via online transaction. Can we get money back?

A.Dear client,
A nominee is just a care taker of that money, he has no right to use that money for personal benefit. The legal heir i.e. you and your mother has full right over that money of your father and you can take that money back from your uncle either by consulting with him or in case he denied to give back money you can serve him with a legal notice.
Thank You.
