i have given 5500 to a RTO agent in PUNE for registraion of my two wheeler in pune RTO and get the bill. he took the money for last 30days. still he just doing anything. now i search for internet pages and find out they did like this with non marathi people as they can't get help to get the money back or do the work. I have all the recording of phone call where he always tell me, today must or tomorrow .but he doing nothing. is there any help i can get from police?
