A.Dear Client,
Since you are already married, you will have to take a divorce from your first wife and only after the decree of it, you can go through a second marriage or else you will be held for bigamy under the Indian Penal Code.

A.During subsistence of your first marriage, if you try to marry second time ,then that becomes penal offence and that second marriage will have no legal validity. So without divorcing your first wife,you cannot marry second time.
