I have a flat, registered jointly with my aunty ( father's sister) who is unmarried and her name is in first place in the deed.can her other nephews and nieces from blood relation claim the share of the flat in her absense?

A.Yes after her death without making any Will, her other legal heirs and heiresses will be entitled to claim inheritance in respect of her undivided half share as per the Hindu succession Act,1956,as amended up to date.
