Can we not pay him for oct month which we deduct from 2 months notice period ?
Is the deduction based on base salary or total pay ?
Can we send him notice for remaining due amount?

A.Dear client,
For 2 months notice period you will have to pay as the employee will be working in your enterprise at this time. The deduction is based on the way you have laid the terms of the contract and have intimated to the employee. If you want the employee to leave beforehand then you can send notice to end the work and cut the remaining amount.
