Problem of approach road to my land Problem of approach road to my land

My father purchased agriculture land in 2001, as per the map and sale deed the land is in north south direction, but it was being cultivated in east west direction. Now we have a problem of access road, we want to make it east west as per the map and sale deed. Out of 4, one person is opposing it strongly, please suggest remedy

A.How does it matter that which way yo have been cultivating as any land will have boundaries in four direction and regardless of the direction of cultivation the land owner must have a right to approach that land. In case anyone is not allowing the right to access then file a case against that person seeking easement right in the property.
