Non- clearance of salary and non- provision of 'Full and Final Settlement'

It has been approximately 10 months since I have left an organisation. However, despite numerous mails the company is yet to pay me my salary for my last working month, and provide me with a 'Full and Final Settlement' document. They are absolutely unresponsive. What should I do?
A.You need to send them a legal notice through a lawyer asking them to pay all your dues with interest and also can seek compensations from them for delaying all this and causing trauma to you. Incase they do not pay heed to the legal notice then you can file a civil case too.

you can take this matter to labour commission as If an employer doesn't pay up your salary, you can approach the labour commissioner. They will help you to reconcile this matter and if no solution is reached labour commissioner will hand over this matter to the court.

A.Dear Client,
You need to issue alegal notice instead of pending any more mails to company by yourself. You have already enough evidence of reminder to the company.
This may be one of the way to process for talking a legal action against that company.
