यह की एक महिला जो की महाराष्ट्र में रहती थीं उनका देहांत हो चुका है, मृतक की कोई औलाद भी नहीं है और पति का देहांत भी पहले हो चुका था, यह की उक्त महिला के बैंक खाते में 1,25,000/- रूपये जमा हैं, जिसमे नॉमिनी दर्ज नहीं है यह की मृतक महिला की 3 बहने और इकलौता भाई है, जो उत्तर प्रदेश में रहते हैं सारी बहनों की शादी हो चुकी है और उनको उपरोक्त पैसा इकलौते भाई को मिल जाए कोई आपत्ती नहीं है वह लिख कर भी देने को तैयार हैं, अब यह की भाई उत्तर प्रदेश में रहता है महाराष्ट्र बैंक ने एवं उत्तराधिकारी प्रमाण पत्र, मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र की मांग की है, मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र महाराष्ट्र में जारी हो चुका है परन्तु समस्या यह है की उत्तराधिकारी प्रमाण पत्र कहां से जारी किया जायेगा महाराष्ट्र या उत्तर प्रदेश कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें
