Dear sir/madam we have an ansistral property where it belongs to us through will now my concern is that how to get it divided by my ourself by partition deed?? Is partition deed Gets register in subregistar office as it is a gift deed and I just want to know is the partition deed is enough for dividing the property or any other documentation is required Pls show ur kind concern to help me out with a best answer and a brief expanded and understandable statement

A.dear client every legal heir shall have equal right over the property. You have to make a partition deed among yourself and clearly state which part of the property belongs to whom.
