Hi iam a resident of hyderabad,Telangana
I have a total dept of credit card is 1.25000 including with Late fee and Interest and i opt for Installments up on all over amount Still iam unable to pay because of I have lost the job and i have 2 EMI's are pending Now iam getting calls from Collection team and they are threatening me they are going to send the legal notice .So please suggest me what Should i do now

you need to speak to your credit card issuer and describe all the issues that you have and request them to restructure the repayment by allowing you to have small EMI which you can pay easily.
