Mother in law trying to maliciously evict me from matrimonial home Mother in law trying to maliciously evict me from matrimonial home

My mother in law and husband maliciously threw me out from matrimonial home in August and filed a civil suit under section 151 to restrict my entry on fake misbehavior grounds. I came back and living in matrimonial home since nov but they are not giving me the key to the main door and left me alone and living somewhere else. Didn't receive any summons although already 3 dates have happened in the case. What should I do?

A.Dear Madam,
You may call the Police and take restraint order against your mother-in-law from the Court of Magistrate by filing Domestic Violence case.

A.Dear Client
you need to file a domestic violence case against your husband and in laws so that you can get the right to live peacefully in the matrimonial house. And once you have initiated the DV case then apprise the civil court where they have file a case against you.

A.Which case you have not mentioned about. You have right of residence in your matrimonial home but you can't restrict them from leaving that house which they have left for the reasons you have not mentioned in your query.
