How to deal with this Sir ? Actually my credit card limit was 40000rs only , Now its more than 3 years, & they are asking more than 85000rs but i didnt pay the that amounts for my credit card , Because i lost my job , and i dont have any source of income till now .. I am in very very critical situation . . Sometimes i would think , i might quit my life .. because i have more than 12 lakhs loan problems . . What shall i do now sir ? Even i am not able pay the consulting fee for the lawyer . So i didnt contact any lawyers to consult this problem . PLease if any one can help me with this matter , kindly reply sir . thanks to all .
try to file for bankruptcy so that you can get time to earn and then pay when you have sufficient cash.

The Bankers always have upper hand in recovery proceedings. You cannot do anything and as it is personal loan they cannot recover the same so easily. Just hide yourself and see that you have no property on your name.
