i not serving notice period can i get my Full settlement
its all most 1yers gone still they not pay
what is legal time to settle the final payment?
Its Legal company can hold the payment?

A.Dear Client,

Dear Sir,

You may claim full settlement minus your salary for the not serving the notice period. Thus, if there is any access amount after deducting notice period salary then you can get a legal notice issued and get the balance.

A.Dear Sir,
You may claim full settlement minus your salary for the not serving the notice period. Thus, if there is any access amount after deducting notice period salary then you can get issue a legal notice and get the balance.
