Dear Sir/Ma'am
This is a case of honour killing where the couple was sentenced to a complete isolation by panches of the village and on complaint by Girl's Father, the trial court sentenced them to capital punishment and the police party also was awarded same as they only handed the couple to the panches. Now matter went to the High Court which maintained the capital punishment of panches but for police party it held punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder and also abetment to suicide was quashed in regard to Boy's Mother. All convicts approached Apex Court and also the State appealed against the same judgment.

So Questions.....
Q1) What will be the title of the Case?
I.e who will be the appellant and respondent as both appealed in this case
Q2) Total no of issues and the detailed one..?
