I didn't get salary from 2 months from my company & now I am confused as my appointment letter says if we leave the organisation we have to pay 1 month salary. I don't understand whether it is possible to leave without giving them 1 month salary as they have not provided the salary of previous months.

A.Dear Client
What is the reason for non-payment of salary to you. If you do not know the reason then send them a legal notice through a lawyer and seek your dues from them. About paying then when you are leaving I will have to see the documents for advice.

A.To give opinion,it is necessary to scrutinize the terms and conditions of your service rules as specified in your offer letter as well as joining letter as well as the default clause associated with it because as you have signed those documents so those are binding upon you as well as your employer.
