Dear sir

30 year back my father purchased property on the name of grandfather ,now few year back he have given half of the ammount of new property cost purchased property for my each uncle on their name in hope that ,after financial helping brother in purchasing propert they will no claim on the property which my father have purchased earlier on the name of my grandfather.
My grandfather and grand mother died with a very few year of gap,they were agreed to transfer that property on my father name,but after their death ,my uncle are claiming on the property ..now this time they have more property than us.

Is there any possibility that the property on the name of my grandfather can be transferred to my father name.??
Kindly suggest.

A.Dear Client
After the death of your grandfather that too intestate the property ahs become a joint ancestor property where your uncle will also have the right just like your father. It does not matter that your father had paid money for buying.
