My husband wants me to shift to my parent's place, what can I do?

My husband is a state government employee. I & my son currently reside with him at his place of work. Now he has been transferred to a different place & he refuses to take us alongwith him. He wants me to shift to my mother's place. But I prefer staying with him. What can I do in such case?

What your husband is asking for is little too much and ideally you can discuss the matter with him and get this sorted out. If you wish to go legally then you are left with one choice to file a case of restitution of conjugal rights under which an order can be passed by the court asking him to allow you to stay with him.
