If tower company try to fraud on some tricky clause of agreement can he do. Our agreement is notrized my signature is also there but I wasn't present there at that time when notry was stamping. Does he manage any records of signature or file if yes then how can I claim that they did fraud I didn't present there at that time and there was no witness and the witness line was also empty. And what's this stamp means know to me and sign before me.

A.Dear Client,
If you’re sure that you’ve been cheated then you can lodge a complaint in the police station against them stating their fraud and altered documents.

A.Dear Client
Ideally you should share the document with a lawyer and then ask the question on the document. If you think they have altered the document then you can initiate a criminal action of cheating and fraud but you need to be sure about that before doing anything.
