Parking alloted issue Parking alloted issue

Hello,
We bought a flat in 2020 3 bhk flat.
As per builder orally said us only one car parking allotted to all per flat.
But in the basement there more than on car parking alloted to the particular flats. Any many other purchases other parking for who have more than one car. Is there any rule for single or multiple alloted parking? In this situation what type of legal action can I do?

The area is in gujrat. So any one know the rule or act let me help for this situation.

A.Dear Sir,
The builder/owner is obliged to provide one mandatory parking slot to each owner of the flat and he is at liberty to sell extra parking slots to the willing other flat owners.

A.Dear Client,

You should be aware that a builder is not permitted to sell parking spaces as individual real estate units. Because the purchase of parking spaces has been deemed illegal, the transaction  to purchased would be null and void. As a general rule, no member will be eligible for more than one stilt/covered parking space per flat. If any slots remain unfilled due to a lack of applicants, as is sometimes the case with open parking, a second parking space may be assigned to interested members. You can file a complaint accordingly.

Thank you
