Government Housing Application
Hi, In a govt housing scheme there is a clause that the applicant should not own any residential property in Delhi NCR.
My question is can I gift my property to my father to be eligible for such an application and then apply?
A.Dear Client,
Beneficiary family will comprise husband, wife and unmarried [sons and/ or unmarried daughters.] The beneficiary family should not own a pucca house (an all weather dwelling unit) either in his/her name or in the name of any member of his/her family in any part of India.
Thanks
