Hello,
I left the organisation as per the given 15 days notice period in the Appointment Letter. I got FNF Settlement Ammount also but Ex-Company is not providing me Letter. They just informed me your Manager is not giving approval to release you so we can't help you. I am taking follow-up on mails with higher management also but no response. I joined new organisation and it is completed more than 45 days. Now in this case let me know what can i do..
I have completed my handover process and having all the proofs of it.
