A.Dear Client
You can file a FIR against the person in the concerned police station or approach the court for money. You can also file a complaint for sexual violence in the court if you wish to proceed with a case.
Thanks

A.If he took the amount forcefully it is a matter of criminal act. So if you want to recover Rs 5000 you will have to go through police complaint/FIR filing process and thereafter when chargesheet is filed than through time consuming Criminal Court proceedings. I believe it's not worth to spend your time and energy in this manner for recovering Rs 5000 but then it depends upon you so you may take your decision. Anyhow it is advisable that you from now not keep any connection or contact with that person and remain careful while making any such arrangements with unknown people in the future.

A.Dear Sir,

You cannot recover that amount and never speak about the incident to anybody and disconnect all types of connections with him.
