Bank is calling me for a personal loan payment after 11yeats how do I go about it. I am financially weak
As a borrower you have certain rights such as right to get adequate notice, decorum and decent behavior from the bank and if they harass you then file a complaint at the police station.

It is quite strange that they are calling you after 11 years. When they call you ask them to provide all the docs related to the loan so that you can take a calculative step to come out of this situation.
