My Wife left me with my kids for quarrel with my parents and taking revengue by not allowing to take my kids to my home for even 24 hours. Only allowed to see kids outside her home. That too for few hours in observation of her grandmother. My children also starting hating to meet me. As they are told that she will die if go with your father and your grandparents. not even talking to me, nor coming to terms of life. Still living with my kids. Im mentally affected and coming up with suicidal thoughts. So looking for a solution for getting kids immediate custody for atleast a day.

You can hire advocate and file custody of your children as A petition for child custody or declaration regarding appointment of natural or legal guardian of minor starts child with the filing of the petition by the spouse seeking child custody. Notably, in child custody cases non-custodial parent seeks the custody/guardianship of the minor child.
