My grandmother and aunty is not able to walk and in hospital. She is having 2 more daughters and they're responsible to take care . Now need to withdraw cash from my grandmother bank and her property also to distributed later after my grandmother demise. What is the procedure

A.Dear Client,
After her demise, if the property is without any will, then it will be equally divided. You have to make a self-declaration from your grandmother that she is giving you the right and liberty to withdraw funds from her account since she is completely bedridden and admitted to the hospital, therefore, she must be granted permission to access her account.

A.You have to make a self declaration from your grandmother that she is giving you the right and liberty to withdraw fund from her account since she is completely bedridden and admitted in the hospital therefore she must be granted the permission to access her account. kindly attach all the relevant medical documents along with that self declaration and get her signed on that declaration. You may ask your grandmother and aunty to execute a Will or Gift Deed in your favour and look after them properly till their death.

A.If she is mentally and physically capacitated to make Will then Will with appropriate clauses for distribution of immovable and movable assets is required to be made following the procedural formalities for due execution of Will.
