Payment intimation mail

A person saying that he is advocate and now he send me a letter that they have filed a case against me under so and so sections and ipc 406 so now what should i do ... But i dont think that the mail i got is real

He seems to be a bogus Advocate and you should not believe until you receive Court summons.
