ESIC payment -My CA died

Hello sir, I am having business with 11 employees, My ca died in covid 19 and he made me defaulter in esic, i already paid 150000 wrong payment as ommited wages but now esi sending me notice to pay more but they are denying to adjust the payment which i paid wrong in omitted wages chalan

A.Dear client,
if u have documentary proof (money receipt/ transaction record) of the money given to your CA for deposit in ESIC and he defaulted then definitely you file case for recovery of money inducting CA's legal representatives.
