My husband applied for conjugal rights and had put a condition for me to leave my job. I agreed and he stopped coming to court and in front of judgment he was supposed to report settlement. But he didn't he missed several sessions. His lawyer says he will withdraw the case.is it possible to withdraw without any conclusion. Also I have applied for 125crpc.

A.Dear Client
When a case is filed in a court it can be withdrawn by the petitioner at any point of time before the judgement is passed. If he has talked about settlement then follow up with him for the same and get the case settled out of court.
