Flat registration incomplete after builder files for insolvency

My flat registration is still pending and the builder has already filed for insolvency. Can I do my flat registration now

In case the flat is not registered to you the property can be taken over in the insolvency proceedings, you have to do same before bankruptcy proceedings are initiated and moreterim against the builder is passed. You should manage funds and get the flat registered.

A.hi,
you can definitely go for registration and all other left documentary formalities with your present builder.
ask for every document related to the property whatever it may be because he is only authorized for all such activity.
at the earliest get it done .

Flat registration should not be affected due to the insolvency of the builder or his company. If all the due amounts are already paid then you can request the builder to come forward to sign the documents and fulfill the formality for registration.
