Ex serviceman joined a service in probation period of two years where it is mentioned that your are on purely temporarily basis and mentioned that his service may be terminated by one month's notice without any reason to show. Whether it is called temporary service in which Ex-servicemen rights to apply for other jobs under reservation of ex-serviceman be continue till he gets confirmation or not. please clarify https://www.desw.gov.in/sites/default/files/2014-08.14-letter.pdf

A.Dear Client,
You have the right to apply for other jobs under reservation as it is on a temporary basis and the wherever you apply it will be regulated according to there terms and conditions of employment as well as for probation.

A.Dear Client
The job wherever you join, will be regulated by its employment terms and conditions and until you are confirmed- during the probation it will be regulated as per the probations terms. If you wish to apply for any other job you can do so and nothing can stop you from doing that.
