In my second company, our jobs was really tiring us. Due to the hectic schedule I personally was getting depressive so I and three of my collogues who felt same tried to start our own business on side. We were getting less pay. My three collogues were not even getting minimum wage and no of us was getting any social benefit by the company. So, as I only had company's laptop I tried to build our website for new business idea we had and a brochure. But because we had no time so the website was never made. Brochure was not professional. We do not have even money to invest only had skills that we were using during the employment. Company does accounts outsourcing job and we tried upwork to start our own side job in same profile. We were really immature to understand the consequence. Our director stole clients from her employment we did not stole but we got an idea to use client's client details and we exported that but end up not using it because we felt that wrong. Now company learned about all this, they personally blamed me that I brainwashed other three to get involved in this and I am the master mind and planning against company. Which is wrong my intentions were not planning against company but just to support our condition. I did not even started to approach a single client. But they terminated me and stopped my last three months salary and did not provide me documents and there are no written communication of all this and I did not asked either in fear that they might permanently stop my salary. I have served my notice period. They forced me to ask an apology letter for things I did not even did. I am really scared. I later learn my director does not have good intentions. She is a CA herself and want to destroy my career. She even forced me to surrender my domain. Which I denied because it was meant for other purpose. My three collogues left me alone at this, and blamed me Infront of management so they can stay protected. I do not have money and I have anxiety and not good financial position of my house. Director knows this personally so she is using my vulnerability in her benefit. Please help.

Firstly it was wrong at your part to go against the norms of the company, however, you may visit a lawyer for proper guidance to get through the same. However, it is suggested that you opt for negotiation and mediation.
Thanks

Lets be clear here that what you did was legally wrong and you should have been careful not to use the office asset and data for starting a new business. Whether you accomplished the business or not is a different matter but you used office infrastructure to create a parallel business and also took the client data which is certainly wrong. You need to act accordingly.
