Disposing 498A
My wife filed a false 498A on me and my parents. I filed for divorce. She agreed to remove the 498A case and gave the statement before PP. The judge gave three months time. After three months she took a U turn saying I don’t want to remove. After the three months are over the judge is just giving dates for another four months now. Can I ask the judge to dispose the case? My wife is saying I’ll compromise but she’s just dragging. Please advise on my options.
A.Dear Client
If both the parties agree to compromise or opt of mediation, then the court will not proceed with the case further.
Thanks

A.Is her statement recorded in the case records by the learned court? You need to get a certified copy of all orders till date and then consult with an advocate for the best possible remedy which will help you at earliest.
