Hi just want to know when I can be eligible for gratuity. I have been working in a company for 4 yrs and 8 months. It is a 6 day working job. Can I leave the company and get my gratuity amount . Is the clause of 4 yrs 10 months and 11 days valid in my case. Please suggest
