passport not giving by the agent

i submitted My passport on 10th jan'22 for a qatar job . today is 08th march'22 ,in between those days i did not a call from agent side . Now when i am telling them that i am not interested for that . Now they are telling they applied for the visa ,but they did not take any medical . No they are saying i have to pay penalty for holding the position . What should i do ?

You must ask the agent for delaying the passport, incase you feel any kind of injustice then you must approach an advocate and send them a legal notice.

A.You need to have a proper written conversation with your agent which shall be used as an evidence against such fraud agent only. It will be better to take assistance of an advocate who will guide you properly and systematically to solve your problem. If the agent further delays in handing back you your passport, then immediately lodge a police complaint against that agent with the help of your advocate at earliest.
