Notice period - I have resigned from my company
2 years ago
Hi everyone, I have resigned from my company but they are telling me to serve the notice period of 1 month which i can't due to personal reasons and I have just joined 3 months ago. Is there any way I can get rid of my notice period.
A.Dear Client
A notice period is usually a clause in the employment contract, and must be provided while signing the contract. It usually depends upon company to company. Hence, if they haven't provided the time period of providing notice, you may approach the higher authorities or may visit the civil court for remedy.
Thanks
