Father is Muslim syed so falls in OC but mother is Muslim sheikh falls in OBC. Can kids get BC-E caste certificate from telangana govt

The Supreme Court says that the caste certificate can be given to children on the basis of which system they were brought up. You must establish that you have been brought up as per the customs of your father i.e, OBC thus you can get BC-E caste certificate.
