Dear Sir, Being an IT Manager I recruited a person for my assistant for good salary without interview itself(My friend). After joining he disobeyed, disrespected and acting smart(saddist) which results my increment cut and a Bad name for me in the company. Personally he cheated me by selling a land and earned a profit around 10 Lac. When I asked through a detailed mail on March 9th 2022. after several reminders and SMS also, he is not replying a single word thru SMS/Whattsapp, not picking my call.(He is in another Branch). I got Frustrated because of him. Please help me what to do.

A.Dear Client
If you think that he has cheated you and you have enough proofs to showcase then you can take a legal action against him. You can also start by sending a legal notice to him through a lawyer to establish the case.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice or lodge a police complaint or file a private complaint and inform him that you are going to put all his bad things on the WhatsApp and other public platforms and demoralise his character.
