Land owner was try to sell greenland by converting them as sites for resident purpose but they don't showing DC convention is that safe to buy?

What do you mean by "DC Convention"? Are you trying to say DC Conversion? If yes then you need to be careful as unless the land is converted from agricultural to non-agricultural you should refrain from buying the land.
