A.Dear Sir,

It all depends upon employers attitude. If you did not maintain proper records that is pay rolls then it is very difficult to fight in respect of your rights. Anyway approach office of Labour Commissioner.

A.Dear Client,

During the probation period, an employee is liable to get the salary according to the norms. However, it may be less as compared to the salary of a permanent employee and may not include any perks & other benefits. Before accepting the job offer, an employee should discuss all his or her queries about the probation period and further process etc.

Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

Thank you.

A.Dear Client
You need to check your company's service rules to know whether and how the probationers can be absorbed and confirmed. You talk to a lawyer with full details of your employment to have comprehensive understanding on this.
