Changed my job from one PSU to another PSU

I have changed my job from one PSU to another PSU through proper channel & resignation after 13 years long service. During my service, NPS implementation was in process but not implemented in my Ex-Company. After my relieving, they have implemented it.
Now, how i can claim for this NPS amount (13 years service) & request to transfer in my current NPS account. Am i eligible to claim it?

Did you make any contribution to the NPS while you were employed with the first organization? If yes then you have all the rights to seek the transfer of NPS contribution to the second organization.
