we are issueless parents and adopted 7 days orphan female in 1998 through legal procedures. at her age of 14 she came to knew that we are not her biological parents. from that day she started to think negetive about us. during child hood only she has started to take own decisions. at her 19 she completed education & got love marriage without giving intimation. now she got 3 years boy. and now dispute arised between husband and wife. without any intimation to hubby she came to our house and stayed 15 days and missing in the night from our home. police found her and brought her to station and called all for settling the matter. after two days discussion she decided for divorce and want to settle with her boy friend.

now want to know what are the legal complications on adopted parents ? what is her status, if she stays with her boy friend without giving divorce?

A.Dear Sir,
Adopted parents will not get any complications in the above issue since the adopted child has attained age of majority.

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts mentioned, your daughter is an adult and whatever decisions she takes about her marriage does not affect you.
You need not worry about any legal complications against you.
