Cheating of amount by Interior design company Livespace

I have deposited Rs 1,15,000 in good faith to the above firm for interior design of one bed room and kitchen. The order was cancelled by me on MDF material used which we have not agreed. Only whats up chats and google payment in their bank account. it seems they are not refunding me

Such complaints are many against interior designers. It seems you have not entered into any written agreement. Get issue a legal notice and threaten to approach Consumer Court.
