Bonded Labour/Service Agreement Bonded Labour/Service Agreement

I Signed 2 years bond of 2L with a big MNC. In service agreement they stated that they are investing huge amount of money on our training. But in real it all was just a formality..we were given poor quality traing for 22 days only. Now I resigned after 4 months due to unsuitable environment, but now they are asking me to pay whole amount, otherwise they'll not provide relieving and experience certificate.
I have been cheated by a big MNC, However I am to willing to pay 20-40k which is even double than they actually invested upon us.
How to take stand against it ?
Please help...As it is so important for my future

A.Dear Client,

You should write a mail to the HR stating the problem and asking for the relieving letter if it doesn’t work out then you may get a legal notice issued against them.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize the concerned service agreement for its terms, conditions, default clauses and penal provisions.
