My father had purchased land (which was not registered) in 1982. He had constructed a hotel on the land in 1982 and it still exists. Now the neighbour claims that the land belongs to him after Survey. KIndly suggest.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize the registered Purchase Deed and concerned Record of Rights in favour of your father on the basis of which the building plan of that hotel was sanctioned.
